SaaStrategy provides an AI-powered growth platform that enables users to deploy, configure, and manage AI agents for lead generation, outbound messaging, content creation, and other growth-related workflows for SaaS companies.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized spam, bulk messages, or phishing attempts.

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of platform terms of connected services.
  • Use AI agents in a manner that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, software, and branding, is owned by SaaStrategy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the requested functionality.

6. AI Agent Output

AI agents generate content and recommendations based on patterns in data. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.
  • SaaStrategy is not liable for decisions made based on AI agent outputs.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaStrategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SaaStrategy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
